What is the minimum order?
All prices quoted are per piece and per gram.
The minimum order is 20 pcs/prs per design, for bulk purchasing no minimum quantity required (in this case the total value has to be US$ 500.00 or more). The bulk order will work if the stock already available.

How about the prices?
The curency is base on US Dollar net excluding shipping cost.
Prices for the stone products could be found on the stone type button with any stone selections.
Prices is subject to change without any advance information.

How about the deposit?
Wholesaler
A fifthy (50%) deposit from total order includes its bank transfer cost has to be transferred to our bank account.
The rest after the order has finished and ready to be shipped.
Retailer
A hundred (100%) payment have to be transfer to our bank account.
Above deposit is only applied to the order that had already confirmed.

How about cancellation?
In case of cancel the order already made, deposit are not refundable.
Orders not accepted by customers for a period of 3 months or more without any confirmation will be declare 'unaccepted' and will be melted.
Deposit on unaccepted orders are NOT refundable.

How to Order?
Use the shopping chart to complete the order.
Remittance of payments are to be made via bank transfers (T/Ts).
All charges from the bank transfers are to be paid by the customer.
Further more, the customer agrees to take all responsibility for any & all import duties on the merchandise in the destination country if applicable.
Now we accept internet Paypal payment, in this case we charge 5% for the total payment.

How do you ship the products?
We ship all our products Free On Board (FOB Factory).
That means that you can decide yourself how you would like your order to be shipped.
We charge you nothing extra, so you just pay the transport and insurance costs.
We normally use FeDex, DHL, and also EMS for the cheapest way but you can also instruct the courier service of your choice to collect your order at our factory .

How far ahead do I need to order?
Delivery time depends of the size and complexity of your order.
However, since all items are hand-made, on average it will approximately take four weeks before an order is ready to ship.

I don't like the stone used. Can I change it?
Yes, it's possible to choose the type of stone yourself.
Just contact us and let us know which style and which stone you would like and we will give you a custom price.

Would you like us to produce your own design?
We can still help you, we do have our own collection, but we also do custom work, so we can produce your own design.

What is the content of your silver?
All the silver products you see on this website are .925, this is also known a Sterling Silver 7.5% copper.
